Kirkcaldy Police Station

Project Background Fife Council’s surveying department contacted us requesting advice and a quotation to restore badly damaged Cornice, walls and plaster arches which had been affected by a leaking roof. The areas which required restoration were located within the first floor of Kirkcaldy’s Police Station. Approach Taken We initially had the damaged Cornice, walls and Arches stripped back and removed so that the surrounding surface areas could dry properly prior to reinstating the new. Burr & Co at the George Hotel

Project Background The George hotel is situated on the popular George Street in Edinburgh. The current hotel refurbishment works were to include a new cafe style coffee shop into the hotel. We were asked to supply and fit a large Georgian type Cornice within this new cafe which is now open to the public. CALA Home – Trinity Park

Project Background We were successfully appointed by CALA homes to supply and fit approx. 6000 metres of new Georgian type Cornice within their newly constructed Town houses at the iconic multi award winning development situated by Inverleith Row at Trinity Park. Gleneagles Dormy Clubhouse

Project Background We were employed by Main Contractor Thomas Johnstone on the recent renovation of the Dormy Clubhouse at the world famous Gleneagles Golf Club. This £3m makeover was in preparation for the forth coming 2014 Ryder Cup event which will take place on the PGA Centenary course in September. Inverleith Place

Project Background We were successful in competitively tendering for the decorative plaster works required to this domestic dwelling renovation. The main contractor appointed for this project was John Dennis who we have worked alongside on many previous contracts.
